All our staff are appointed following a competency based interview process and complete all our pre-employment checks. We offer all aspects of both mandatory and specialist training depending on job role.

We have volunteers who work at Moor Park House. Our volunteers bring to the home their own personal skills and experiences. They work with our staff teams to complement our service delivery.
