NEW WEBSITE LAUNCHED! 

This month saw the launch of our brand new website. The website created by web firm It'seeze is fully responsive - meaning that unlike the previous site it works perfectly on tablets, phones and other mobile devices. 

 

The new website provides much more detailed information about our services and the quality of care offered at Moor Park House.

NEW BENEFIT FOR MOOR PARK HOUSE STAFF 

In June 2016, Moor Park House signed up with Western Provident Association, a health care insurer, to offer eligible staff a ‘cash plan’ policy, branded as ‘NHS Top-Up’. 

 

About 80 staff who work over 30 hours per week and with 3 months of service have signed up to this staff benefit which offers certain small payments when they or their eligible and nominated family members have certain specified health needs. Payments cover items such as 

Hospital Stays 

Hospital Parking 

Prescriptions 

Some Dental Treatments 

These payments are claimed and paid directly from WPA against invoices. We would be glad to hear about your experiences with this optional benefit, paid by WHC and with only a very small taxation implication.
